Young Mom’s Group
The Young Mom’s Group is a 10-week support/skill-building group offered in collaboration with Children and Youth Resources (Longmont Youth Center) for expectant and new moms, ages 23 years and younger.
The Young Mom’s Group provides a fun, supportive environment for the participants to discuss the challenges of being teen parents and learn about valuable community resources. Education is provided on the following topics: child development, responsible parenting; sexual health and healthy relationships; child safety; life skills; and stress management. Dinner and childcare are provided each week. Cost: FREE
