St. Vrain Family Center is a 501(c)(3) Organization and therefore secures funding for operations through grants, fundraisers and donations.
Because we are able to access other funding sources, we are able to keep our costs lower than private agencies.
We are able to give discounted rates, and therefore expect prompt payment for our services. Payment is expected at the time of service. If you miss two payments in a row, your services will be suspended. This could possibly cause undue anxiety and distress for your child(ren). We will also alert the other party and any other professionals who are involved with your case.
To ensure that families who use our services do not falter on their commitment to their children, we have the following charges in place:
FEES:
Cancellation, under 24 hours = cost of service.
If a parent is late or early for their scheduled service, without contacting us, $1 per minute will be charged.
$25 will be charged to the parent who is a no call/no show. $50 will be charged the second time and services will be suspended if there is a third incidence.
